Abstract:Objective:To explore the application value of 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of elderly coronary artery stenosis. Methods:Fifty elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated io our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects, all of whom underwent 64 slice 128 slice spiral CT(64-SCTA)and coronary angiography(CAG)examinations. The results of CAG examination were used as the'gold standard'for the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis, and the diagnostic value indicators of 64-SCTA examination were calcu-lated,including sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy. Results:The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of 64-SCTA in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis were 64.82%,94.35%,and 70.80%,respectively.Furthermore,for the re-moval of calcified segments, the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of 64-SCTA in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis were 84.09%,97.33%,and 84.09%,respectively.The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy were significantly improved compared to before, with a significant difference(P<0.05).The specificity was improved compared to be-fore,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography has high sensitivity and accuracy in diagnosing elderly coronary artery stenosis, and has high practical value.
