Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of programmed death receptor-1(PD-1)receptor function on bladder cancer cells. Methods:Eighty patients diagnosed with bladder cancer from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected. The expression of PD-1 in the cancer tissues of patients with bladder cancer and the adjacent bladder tissues 3 cm from the tumor margin were observed by immunohistochemical staining. The expression of PD-1 mrna in cancer tis-sues of patients with bladder cancer and adjacent bladder tissues 3 cm away from the tumor margin was observed and analyzed using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. The correlation between the expression level and clinico-pathological parameters(age, gender, clinical stage, pathological grade, etc.)was analyzed. Results:The positive ex-pression rate of PD-1 was 63.75%(51/80).The positive expression rate of PD-1 mRNA was 68.75%(55/80).No significant PD-1 and PD-1 mRNA expression was found in the adjacent tissues of bladder cancer 3 cm from the tumor margin.Clinical correlation analysis showed that the expression of PD-1 was closely correlated with the clinical TNM stage of bladder cancer(P<0.05),but its expression was not significantly correlated with the age, gender and pathological grade of bladder cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:PD-1 is highly expressed in cancer tissues of pa-tients with bladder cancer, which plays a certain role in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer tumors and can be used to evaluate the progression of bladder cancer.
