Abstract:Objective:To compare the effectiveness of coronary angiography(CAG)flow reserve fraction(caFFR)and CAG guided percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP).Methods:All 84 SAP patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups, with 42 patients in each group. The control group received CAG guided PCI treatment, while the observation group re-ceived caFFR guided PCI treatment. The surgical and follow-up indicators of the two groups were compared. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in surgical time between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of im-planted stents, hospitalization expenses, and contrast agent dosage in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Following up for half a year, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of re hospitalization was, recurrence, recurrent myocardial infarction, and target vessel reconstruction(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with CAG guidance,caFFR guided PCI can reduce the number of stents implanted in SAP patients, reduce treatment costs, and do not increase the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.
