Abstract：Objective:Establish a set of quality management and control system suitable for molecular pathology la-boratories in prefecture level cities.Methods:According to the actual situation of the laboratory,the quality manage-ment and control system is established from five aspects:personnel management,laboratory facility and environment,testing process,establishment of quality system,and external quality assessment.Results:A set of quality management and control system suitable for the laboratory was established.Conclusion:A perfect quality management and control system promotes the benign development of molecular pathology diagnosis,providing more accurate and reliable molec-ular pathology diagnosis basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
