Abstract:Objective:To study the efficacy of low dose heparin sodium and low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of sepsis. Methods:From October 2021 to October 2022,a total of 100 patients with sepsis were enrolled in hospital, including 50 males and 50 females.Patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The effects of low dose heparin sodium and low molecular weight heparin calcium in control group and observation group were studied in a controlled experiment. Results:The control group had 8 cases of disseminated intravascular coagulation(16.0%)and the observation group had 1 case of disseminated intravascular coagulation(2.0%).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of follow-up,the mortality of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The coagulation indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE Ⅱ)in the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin calcium is more feasible than low dose heparin in the treatment of sepsis, can reduce the complication rate, improve the short-term prognosis.
