A case study of the application of case-based teaching in the standardized training of ultrasound resi-dents

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the applicability of case-based teaching(CBT)for ultrasound residents in or-der to facilitate the related work.Methods:Ultrasound CBT is a teaching method based on clinical cases.In ultrasound CBT,the teacher designs teaching and imparts knowledge.Teachers active guidance and residents autonomous learning and active participation could enable residents fully study through the teaching practice of specific cases.Results:Resi-dents master ultrasound and clinical medical theory and related basic medical knowledge systematically,and improve their basic ultrasound skills and logical thinking methods of disease diagnosis.Conclusion:CBT can motivate residents to learn,improve the quality of standardized training for ultrasound medical residents,and strengthen the teaching abili-ty of teachers.
