Abstract:Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasound-guided mertonectomy in the treatment of large benign breast masses and its influence on the levels of inflammatory factors and the expression of related hor-mones.Methods:Eighty-nine patients with large benign breast mass in hospital from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into traditional surgery group and minimally invasive surgery group ac-cording to different surgical methods.Forty-four patients in the traditional surgery group received traditional surgery, and 45 patients in the minimally invasive surgery group received ultrasound-guided merton gyrotomy. The surgical in-dicators,inflammatory factors and related hormone expression were compared between the two groups. Results:The op-erative time, incision length, incision healing time and hospital stay in minimally invasive surgery group were lower than those in traditional surgery group(P<0.05).The serum levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were higher than those before surgery, and the minimally invasive surgery group was lower than the traditional surgery group. The level of interferon-y(IFN-y)in minimally invasive surgery group was lower than that in traditional surgery group(P<0.05).The levels of norepinephrine(NE),epinephrine(E)and cortisol(Cor)in both groups were higher than those before surgery 1 day after surgery, and those in minimally invasive surgery group were lower than those in traditional surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided mertonectomy can regulate the level of inflammatory factors, regulate the expression of related hormones, and improve surgical indica-tors in patients with large benign breast masses.
