Abstract:Objective:To explore the distribution and correlation of reproductive tract bacteria in infertility patients caused by intrauterine factors and its correlation with infertility. Methods:All 100 patients with intrauterine infertility admitted to hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy women in the same period were selected as the control group. All participants were collected for reproductive tract se-cretions for testing. The diversity, density,pH value, dominant bacteria, and vaginal cleanliness of the two groups of bacteri were caompared. The microbial detection of vaginal discharge was compared between the two groups, interleukin 6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groupsHorizontal. Results:The observation group had higher levels of microbial diversity Ⅲ~Ⅳ,microbial density Ⅲ~Ⅳ,pH>4.5,other dominant bacteria, and higher detection rates of vaginal cleanliness Ⅲ~Ⅳ than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The detection rate of ureaplasma urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α in observation group were all higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diversity and density of repro-ductive tract flora, inflammatory reaction, ureaplasma urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatis infection are closely relat-ed to infertility, which can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
