Abstract:Objective:To explore the related factors of violence risk in newly admitted patients in department of psychiatry and the correlation with creatine kinase level. Methods:All 460 patients with schizophrenia from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the evaluation results, the patients were divided into high risk group and low-to-medium risk group. The related factors affecting the high risk of violence in patients were ana-lyzed,and the correlation of creatine kinase level with violence risk and its evaluated value on violence risk were ana-lyzed.Results:The creatine kinase level in high risk group was significantly higher than low-to-medium risk group(P<0.05).Creatine kinase level in patients with schizophrenia was positively correlated with violence risk score(r=0.562,P<0.05).The AUC value,cut-off value,SE(95%CI),sensitivity and specificity of creatine kinase level in as-sessing the risk of violence in patients with schizophrenia were 0.766,191.26U/L,0.024(0.724~0.804)(P<0.001),68.68%and 77.34%respectively.The proportions of people with education level of junior high school and below,no employment, disease course≥ 1 year, creatine kinase≥191.26 U/L,alcoholism,history of violent behavior, family histo-ry of mental illness, and concurrent other mental diseases in high risk group were higher than those in low-to-medi-um risk group, and the proportion of people with regular medication was lower than that in low-to-medium risk group(P<0.05).Creatine kinase≥191.26 U/L,history of violent behavior, family history of mental illness, and con-current other mental diseases were risk factors of increased risk of violence in newly admitted patients in department of psychiatry, and regular medication was a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion:Creatine kinase level in newly admit-ted patients with schizophrenia has an evaluated value on the risk of violence, and abnormal increase of creatine kinase level, history of violent behavior and family history of mental illness are risk factors of increased risk of violence in new-ly admitted patients in department of psychiatry.
