Pre-hospital ambulance infection prevention and control strategy analysis

Abstract：Objective:Through the analysis of infection prevention and control strategies for pre hospital emergency ambulances,a standardized and standardized disinfection plan for pre hospital emergency ambulances has been explored.Methods:In the self-control study,16 ambulances were used to transport patients from May 1st to May 31st during the 2021 period.Samples of air,surfaces and hands of medical staff were collected before and after disinfection,and the disinfection effect was comprehensively evaluated by the results of bacterial culture.Results:The air,surface and hands of medical staff in the ambulance were compared.The results showed that there was significant difference in bacterial colony count before and after disinfection(P＜0.001).Conclusion:Taiyuan Emergency center has responded to major outbreaks of infectious diseases with effective infection prevention and control measures for dedicated ambulances.In 2021,3 602 cases of suspected and confirmed cases of infectious diseases,to achieve the goal of zero infection for medi-cal staff and patients will play an exemplary role in the standardization and promotion of the disinfection of pre-hospi-tal emergency ambulance during the epidemic situation of major infectious diseases.
