Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the comprehensive use of intravenous infusion in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine of hospital after the implementation of standardized management and control of inpatients'in-travenous infusion,in order to contribute to the promotion of medical safety management and rational drug use in medi-cal institutions. Methods:Entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the use of intravenous infusion in hospi-talized patients.Statistical analysis of the improvement of indicators, including the proportion of unreasonable cases, medical insurance restrictions on the use of intravenous infusion, the reporting rate of adverse reactions to intravenous infusion, the mastery rate of relevant knowledge of adverse reactions to intravenous infusion, and patient satisfaction. Results:The highest Ci value before intervention was 0.44,and the highest Ci value after intervention was 0.75.The comprehensive score analysis before and after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention, all indexes were improved to varying degrees, among which the number of intravenous drugs, the proportion of intrave-nous antibiotics in hospitalized patients and the number of intravenous infusion groups were significantly decreased after intervention, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The number of irrational cases of intravenous infusion decreased from 23.64%to 15.80%,the regulation of medical insurance to restrict intravenous infusion increased from 43.62%to 87.35%,the reporting rate of adverse reactions of intravenous infusion increased from 0.97%to 0.99%,and the mas-tery rate of relevant knowledge of adverse reactions of intravenous infusion increased from 58.78%to 86.69%.The satisfaction of patients increased from 78.85%to 93.56%.Conclusion:Entropy weight TOPSIS method is a reasonable and scientific method to evaluate the use of intravenous infusion. After the intervention, the improvement effect of each index is good. After the intervention, the improvement of each index was good, which can provide reference for the con-tinuous improvement of the follow-up quality of other departments in the hospital.
