Abstract:Objective:To study the analgesic effect of oxycodone hydrochloride injection after cesarean section. Methods:Sixty patients with elective cesarean section in hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into oxycodone group and sufentanil group. The postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia pump(PCIA)was used for all patients after cesarean section, the setting parameters of the two groups of venous pumps are the same. The analgesic effects of the two groups were observed at 4 h,12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h after operation. The VAS score of incision pain and uterine contraction pain were recorded by using the visual analogue scoring method,re-cord Ramsay sedation score, the number of spontaneous compressions, dosage and adverse reactions. Results:The VAS scores of incision pain and uterine contraction pain in the oxycodone group were lower than those in the sufentanil group at 12~48 hours after operation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ramsay sedation score in oxyc-odone group was higher than that in sufentanil group,The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the oxycodone group was lower, and studies have consistently demonstrated greater patient satisfaction with oxycodone than with sufentanil. Conclusion:This study indicates that oxycodone PCIA provides pain control and satisfaction with pain relief for postoperative analgesia after cesarean section, especially the degree of uterine contraction pain, safe and effective with less adverse reactions.
