Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of different doses of tirofiban on elderly patients with acute ST seg-ment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)after surgery. Methods:All 97 elderly STEMI patients diagnosed with PCI in hospital from February 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.48 patients in the full dose group were given intravascular tirofiban injection of 10 μg/kg+0.15μg·kg·min after operation with intravenous pump. The half dose group of 49 patients were injected with tirofi-ban at 5 μg/kg+0.07 μg·kg·min after the operation with intravenous pump.Myocardial enzyme indexes,coro-nary blood flow after PCI,adverse reactions and Major adverse cardiovascular event(MACE)were observed in the two groups.Results:Twenty-four hours after operation, creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)and cardiac troponin T(cTnT)decreased in both groups, but there was no difference in comparison(P>0.05).Thrombolysis in myocardial infarctio(TIMI)grade 3,ST segment fall, corrected timi frame counted,There was no difference in CTFC,no reflow/slow flow(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse bleeding reactions in half dose group was lower than that in full dose group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of MACE between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In compari-son,half dose tirofiban has lower incidence of adverse bleeding and higher safety.
