Study on efficacy of Daglizin in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and right heart failure

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Daglizin in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and right heart failure.Methods:Forty patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and right heart failure who treated in hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=20,treated with conventional therapy)and the observation group(n=20,treated with Daglizin).The levels of cardiac func-tion indexes,blood gas indexes and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the right ventricular end-diastolic volume(RVEDV),right ventricular stroke volume(RVSV),tricuspid regurgitation velocity,arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)and heart rate(HR)and amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)after treatment in the observation group after treat-ment were all lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Right ventricular ejection fraction(RVEF),oxygenation oxygen satu-ration(SaO2),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),and 6-min walking distance after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the oxygenation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Dapagliflozin can relieve symptoms of right heart failure in patients with chronic pulmo-nale,improve blood gas and cardiorespiratory function,and improve exercise capacity.
