Effect of kuier granules combined with thymosin α1 on Th1/Th2 balance and liver function in patients with primary liver cancer

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of kuier granules combined with thymosin α 1 on Th1/Th2 balance and liver function in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods:All 80 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to hos-pital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases each.The control group was combined with thymopeptide a 1 treatment,and the observation group was combined with kuier granules in the control group.The clinical efficacy,im-mune function,liver function and adverse effects were compared in the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in objective remission rate,disease control rate and adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+between the two groups 7 days before treatment(P＞0.05).On the 28th day after treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the levels of CD8+in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),the difference was significant(P＜0.05).At the 7th day before treat-ment,there were no significant differences in the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),1-aspartic acid aminotrans-ferase(AST),total bilirubin(Tbil)and albumin(Alb)between the two groups(P＞0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the levels of Alt,AST,TBIL and ALB between the two groups at the 7th day before treatment(P＞0.05).At the 28th day after treatment,the levels of AST in both groups decreased,and the levels of Alt,TBIL and Alb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Kuier granules combined with thymosin α 1 can effectively improve the immune function and improve the liver function.
