Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of Angiojet mechanical thrombus removal on limb swelling and ve-nous patency in patients with acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity(LEDVT)with iliac vein compression syn-drome(IVCS).Methods:A total of 101 cases of LEDVT patients with IVCS in our hospital from July 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,50 cases in the control group were given catheter contact thrombilysis(CDT)treatment, and 51 cases in the observation group were given mechanical thrombosis combined with Angiojet treatment. The swelling degree of lower limbs, venous patency, coagulation function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The difference of the circumference of the healthy side of the thigh and lower leg after operation was lower than that before operation, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The thrombus clearance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The score level of post-operative venous patency in both groups was lower than that before surgery, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The level of D-dimer(D-D)after operation was higher than that before operation, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The level of fibrinogen(FIB)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of com-plications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Angiojet mechanical thrombectomy can adjust the degree of lower limb swelling in patients with LEDVT accompanied by IVCS,improve coagulation function and regulate venous patency, with good safety and no postoperative recurrence.
