Abstract：Objective:To improve the quality of pathology specimens and reduce the occurrence of errors by imple-menting closed-loop management of tumor surgical pathology specimens with the help of informatization.Methods:In-formatization is applied to the whole process of surgical pathology specimen examination application,marking,delivery,checking and acceptance,registration and reporting.Results:Through information technology,the original surgical pa-thology specimen retention and delivery process was optimized,effectively reducing the risk of error of staff in each link and reducing the possibility of safety hazards.Conclusion:The realization of the whole process of surgical pathology specimen informatization operation provides a more standardized and efficient working mode for the medical staff of each link,and reduces the burden of medical staff;not only facilitates the surgeon to track the progress of the examina-tion process in a timely manner,but also allows the pathologist to obtain complete clinical information in a timely man-ner,which provides a reliable data basis for the two departments to achieve accurate diagnosis and treatment,and effec-tively improves the work efficiency,and provides a reliable data basis for the management of the hospital on the surgical pathology specimens,and effectively improves the work efficiency.It provides a traceability platform for the closed-loop management of surgical pathology specimens by the management department.
