Abstract:Objective:Combined with clinical experience, the effect of progressive rehabilitation training on promo-ting postoperative rehabilitation of patients with thoracolumbar fracture and the effect on improving patients self-care ability were discussed. Methods:A total of 120 patients with thoracolumbar fracture admitted to our hospital from Oc-tober 2021 to February 2023 were selected, all of whom received surgical treatment. They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine post-operative nursing measures, and patients in the observation group were given progressive rehabilitation training inter-vention on this basis. The self-care ability, joint function, pain score and thoracolumbar function score of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention, and the incidence of complications was observed. Results:The first time of getting out of bed, hospital stay and fracture healing time in observation group were significantly less(shorter)than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.001).After intervention, the scores of diet management, compliance management, symptom management and daily life management in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score, oswestry disability index(ODI)score and UBA pain behavior scale(UBA-PBS)score of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of daily activity limitation, bladder function, subjective symptoms and clinical signs in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Progressive reha-bilitation training mode can promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with thoracolumbar fracture, improve pa-tients'self-care ability, reduce joint pain, improve thoracolumbar function and reduce complications.
