Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of self-made ice pack on the uterus to prevent postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk cesarean section. Methods:A total of 60 high-risk cesarean section women admitted to Ganzhou Mater-nal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention after surgery, and the ob-servation group received surgery afterwards, the uterine body was intervened with self-made ice pack, and the amount of bleeding at 2 h and 24 h after delivery, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum incision bleeding, and in-cision pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]were compared between the two groups. Results:The total incidence of post-partum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incisional bleeding in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the obser-vation group after 24 h of operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-risk cesar-ean section women can use self-made ice packs to apply external uterine body to reduce postpartum hemorrhage, avoid postpartum hemorrhage, relieve postoperative pain, and prevent incision bleeding.
