Effect of operating room nursing based on humanistic care on psychological state and complications of patients with ureteral calculi

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of operating room nursing based on humanistic care on the psychological state and complications of patients with ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of 98 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 49 cases in each group.The psychological state[Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)],postoperative recovery time,pain degree and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:Before nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of group B were sim-ilar to those of group A(P＞0.05).After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of group B were lower than those of group A(P＜0.05).The time to get out of bed and hospital stay were shorter than those in group A(P＜0.05),the visual analogue method(VAS)score level of pain in group B before operation was similar to that in group A(P＞0.05).At 6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation,the VAS scores in group B were lower than those in group A(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was lower than that in group A(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the operating room nursing of patients with ureteral calculi,the implementation of humanistic care-based operating room nursing can improve their psychological state,shorten postoperative recovery time,postoperative pain degree,and incidence of complications.
