Abstract：Objective:By comprehensively searching the best evidence for the prevention and management of fecal incontinence related dermatitis in critically ill patients,an evidence-based practice plan is constructed to provide theo-retical basis for the prevention and care of fecal incontinence related dermatitis.Methods:Based on the Ottawa(OM-RU)application model,construct a protective strategy for fecal incontinence dermatitis.Invite evidence-based practice experts for expert consultation,revise and improve protective strategies.Results:Develop a protective strategy for fecal incontinence related dermatitis,evaluate the strategy from evidence,potential adopters,and practical environment,sum-marize obstacle factors,identify the gap between the actual situation and theoretical research,and ultimately form a practical plan suitable for clinical use.Conclusion:The protective strategy for fecal incontinence related dermatitis con-structed through evidence-based methods in this study has certain scientific and clinical applicability.
