Abstract:Objective:lo explore the diagnostic value of CT perfusion imaging and enhanced scanning in lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.Methods:Sixty-five patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were selected.Abdominal CT plain scan,CT perfusion imaing and enhanced scanning were preoperatively performed. These parameters of lymph nodes were recorded, including morphological parameter(long diameter, short diameter, ratio of short to long diameter),enhancement parameter(plain, arterial and venous phase of CT value)and perfusion parameter[blood volume(BV),blood flow(BF),permeability surface(PS)and mean transit time(MTT)].Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of each parameter for diagnosing the lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer. Results:There were 103 metastatic lymph nodes and 76 non-metastatic lymph nodes in 65 patients with gastric cancer revealed by pathological results. The short diameter, ratio of short to long diameter, plain CT value, arterial phase of CT value, venous phase of CT value,BF and PS of metastatic lymph nodes were significantly bigger than non-meta-static lymph nodes(P<0.05),there were no statistic difference in long diameter,BV and MTT between the two groups(P>0.05).ROC curve analysis shown the area under curve(AUC)of short diameter, ratio of short to long diameter, plain CT value, arterial phase of CT value, venous phase of CT value,BF and PS in diagnosing the metastatic lymph node were 0.592,0.847,0.683,0.811,0.747,0.844 and 0.898,respectively.The combined diagnosis with the ratio of short to long diameter+arterial phase of CT value+PS had the highest diagnostic efficiency compared with individu-al parameter diagnosis. Conclusion:CT perfusion imaging and enhanced scanning can effectively enhance the diagnostic value of lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer.
