Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of insulin combined with vitamin D on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods:The 62 patients with gestational diabetes from June 2015 to June 2018 in hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group and intervention group. One group was insulin treatment of aspartame, and the other group was the basis for routine treatment of aspartate insulin.Take 800 IU vitamin D drops daily. To observe the blood sugar level and maternal and infant outcomes after 3 months of treatment. Results:In the 2~12 weeks of treatment, both groups had normal fasting blood sugar levels, and the level of fasting blood sugar in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group. After 3 months of treatment, the glycated hemoglobin level of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group (P<0.05), and the fasting insulin level and insulin index were significantly higher than that of the treatment group (P<0.05).The rate of uterine rupture and neonatal jaundice in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin D combined with insulin in patients with gestational diabetes can help patients with blood sugar control, improve insulin resistance index, improve insulin levels, and reduce cesarean section rate and neonatal jaundice rate.
