Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between neonatal prognosis and ocular hemodynamics in hypertensive disorder of pregnancy (HDP) patients. Methods:From September 2013 to June 2015, 60 HDP patients in department of gynaecology and obstetrics were selected as experimental group, 50 normal pregnant women as control group. The ocular hemodynamics and the relationship between neonatal prognosis of the two groups were campared. Results:Pulsatility index (PI), resistent index (RI) decreased and ratio of systolic second peak velocity (B) to systolic second peak velocity (A) - (B/A) increased significantedly in HDP patients than that in control group (P<0.05).The incidence rate of penrintal asphyxia, fetal distress, premature birth and death increased significantedly in HDP patients than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The ocular hemodynamics of pregnant woman can be one of clinical incicators for PIH diagnosis and prognosis of newborn.
