Analyse the consistency of HBV DNA results detected by two fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments

Abstract：Objective: To evaluate the consistency of HBV DNA results detected by ABI Vii A 7 Dx and ABI 7300 fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument and analyse the suitability of the results between the instruments. Methods: According to NCCLS EP9-A2 standard, ABI 7300 fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument passed the inter-room quality evaluation of the Ministry of health was used as the reference instrument and ABI Vii A 7 Dx fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument was used as the test instrument. HBV DNA of 40 plasma samples were detected by the two PCR instruments, respectively. The results of the two instruments were compared and the bias was calculated. Results: There was a good correlation between the results of HBV DNA detected by the two PCR instruments, and the bias of the results was acceptable. Conclusion: The consistency of HBV DNA results detected by ABI Vii A 7 Dx and ABI 7300 fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument is good. The two instruments can be used in clinical at the same time.
