Abstract：Objective:On operation patients handover three links in the establishment and implemention of standard procedures.Methods:Make three links standard procedures norm operation patient handover content and requirement,clear responsibility,make the check has the basis,make do oral,bed,written three handover,scene record check result,confirm the signature.Result:In the process of implementation,operation patient no adverse events,improve patient satisfaction.Conclusion:Three links standard procedures to strengthen the sense of medical staff,improved the security of the operation patient handover,and improved work efficiency,have the effect of mutual checking,and make the handover more perfect,prmote the quality of the operating room nursing management.
