Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of simvastatin combined with polyenoic phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver hepatitis, and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods:From January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital during the period of diagnosis and treatment of 40 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease as the research object, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with polyenophosphorylcholine, and the patients in the observation group were treated with polyenophosphorylcholine combined with simvastatin. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. The liver function and blood lipid index and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed and compared.,The clinical value of simvastatin combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver hepatitis. Results:The total effective rate was 85.0% in the observation group and 70.0% in the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT),γ-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT),serum total cholesterol (TC) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) (P>0.05).ALT,γ-GT,TC and HDL-C were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HDL-C between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no adverse reaction between the two groups. Conclusion:Simvastatin combined with polyenoic phosphatidylcholine has a significant effect in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver without adverse reactions.
