Observation on the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil for plastic surgery

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil on conscious sedation in orthopedic surgery.Methods:Forty-eight patients underwent plastic surgery from August 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=24).The levels of blood pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate were compared between the two groups before and after operation,and the two groups of patients were treated with sedation and sedation.The changes of blood pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate were compared between the two groups before and after operation,and the occurrence of sedation and complication was observed.Results:There were no significant differences in physical and chemical indexes such as respiratory rate,heart rate and blood pressure before and after operation.There was no significant difference between the two groups before operation and 30 min after the operation began.The patients in the observation group had higher respiratory rate,heart rate and blood pressure level than the control group.In the observation group,hypoxemia 1 case,1 case of heart rate,1 case of heart rate,complained of nausea,dry mouth in 2 cases,observation The number of sedation complications was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in conscious surgery is ideal.
