Clinical observation on the effect of nursing intervention on treating paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia with chinese medicine

Abstract:Objective:To explore the nursing method and nursing experience of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in ears and buried beans. . Methods:Eighty-eight cases with paroxysmal room sex were divided into two groups,44 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with ear acupoints,and the control group was treated with conventional thera-py. The observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing care,and the clini-cal effects were compared and analyzed. Results:The effective rate was 95. 45% in the observation group and 72. 73% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Self-rating de-pression scale(SDS)score was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05)in two groups. Conclusion:The treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia with ear acupoints is more effective. The nursing intervention can improve the patients'negative emotion,improve the treatment efficiency and improve the nursing satisfaction.
