Effect of omni-directional nursing intervention on prolonging the retention time of mannitol by u-sing indwelling needles in orthopedic patients

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of prolonged infusion of mannitol with intravenous indwelling needle after nurs-ing intervention. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n=60). The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with omnidirectional nursing intervention. The venous indwelling Needle retention time. Results:The indwelling time of indwelling needle in observation group was longer than that in control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Nursing intervention can effectively prolong the indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle of mannitol infusion.
