Research on postpartum hemorrhage with deliveried by different ways by misoprostol

Abstract：Objective:To explore the postpartum hemorrhage with deliveried by different ways by misoprostol. Methods:All 90 cases of maternal with cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into experiment group and con-trol group,they were treated by oxytocin injection,and treated by misoprostol,the control group were treated with sublingual buccal immunotherapy,the experiment group were treated with rectal drug delivery. The bleeding volume for 2 h,24 h,clinical effects ,adverse reactions were observed . Results;There had no significant difference on the 2 h ,2 4 bleeding volume( P ﹥ 0. 05). There had no significant difference on the clinical effects(P﹥0. 05). The adverse reactions for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:It has similar effect of bleeding for the patients with postpartum hem-orrhage with deliveried by different ways by misoprostol,rectal drug adverse reactions are relatively fewer.
