Clinical observation of Xingnaojing combined and fasudil treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with fasudil for the treatment of re-current ischemic vertigo( PCIV). Methods:Eighty-two patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging( MRI),magnetic resonance angiography( MRA)and magnetic resonance diffusion weighted ima-ging( DWI)from January 2016 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 41 cases(20 mL / day)and fasudil(30 mg twice daily). The patients in the control group were treated with traditional therapy for 14 days. The treatment group was treated with traditional antiplatelet aggregation,nutrition nerve therapy combined with intrave-nous injection of Xingnaojing injection. Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Xingnaojing combined with fasudil has better clinical curative effect in treatment of circulatory ischemic vertigo.
