Iamging diagnosis and distinguishing diagnosis of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma

Abstract：Objective:As far as possible to get a clear diagnosis of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung,and distinguish with some diseases on its similar imaging findings. Methods:Retrospective analysis confirmed pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma by surgery and pathology in 28 cases,28 patients were performed spiral CT scan and enhanced scan. Results:Because of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung tissue types are different,the enhancement is in different ways,the corresponding differential diagnosis is not the same. Conclusion:Depending on the types of the organization and enhancement patterns and the characters of pulmo-nary sclerosing hemangioma,can make a more specific diagnosis of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma.
