Evaluation of tanreqing injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pul-monary disease

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intravenous infusion of tanreqing injection,and to explore its thera-peutic effect in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods:All 62 cases of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,was divided into two groups,32 patients in the treatment group,30 cases in the control group. Control group was treated by conventional methods,doxofylline wheezing,methylprednisolone anti-inflammatory,com-pliance with empirical or sputum pathogen examination results of anti-infective therapy and budesonide,may be special inha-lation. The treatment group was given intravenous infusion of Tanreqing injection on the basis of routine treatment,and the con-dition of the two groups was improved and the clinical remission was compared. Results:There was significient difference be-tween two groups in the number of days of hospitalization,the days of intravenous antibiotics,the number of days of pulmonary wheezing decreased or disappeared,C-reactive protein,neutrophil count,blood gas analysis. Conclusion:The patient's hospi-talization time was significantly reduced,while the pulmonary infection was better controlled quickly,significantly improved in patients with wheezing symptoms,clinical efficacy is satisfactory,greatly reduce the pain of patients.
