Abstract:Objective:Assess Procalcitonin dynamic change,High-sensitivity C-reactive crotein Prealbumin in patients with COPD before clinical significance, provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Will our respiratory medicine in August 2014 - December 2015 ended 80 COPD patients in hospital into the study as observation group,80 cases of patients with COPD were measured and recorded in the acute phase and stability of calcitonin original, allergic C - reactive protein levels and albumin level before, will be August 2014 - December 2015 80 cases of healthy persons as control group and test results were compared. Rsult:The acute phase of PCT and hs - highest CRP levels(P﹤0. 05);Acute phase albumin levels significantly below the period before the albumin levels, difference has statistical significance(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Procalcitonin,High-sensitivity C-reactive crotein and Prealbumin levels and correlated with the severity of the COPD dis-ease,its dynamic changes can evaluate the prognosis of patients with COPD.
