The curative effect and security research on synchronous and stage bilateral total knee replacements for knee osteoarthritis
XIA Weimin
Abstract:Objective:To compare curative effect of synchronous and stage bilateral total knee replacements for knee oste-oarthritis. Methods:From November 2012 to March 2015,94 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group, each group(n = 47). Patients in control group were treated by stage bilateral total knee replace-ments,patients in observation group were treated by synchronous bilateral total knee replacements. To compare the curative effect of two group. Results:The operation time, hospital stay,HSS score after a year, visual analogue scale(VAS),complica-tion probability in observation group was superior than control group, there was significient difference(P < 0. 05). And two groups of patients with intraoperative blood transfusion volume, quadriceps muscle power ratings, knee joint motion, there is no obvious difference(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:In patients with knee osteoarthritis line bilateral total knee arthroplasty, during this period, can reduce the number of patients with operation time and hospital stay, weakening in patients with postoperative pain, promote patients with knee joint function recovery, reduce the possibility of patients with postoperative complications, the prog-nosis of patients with prompt end realize benign development.
