The clinical observation on under Modified laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the clinical value under modified laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty surgery. Meth-ods:From July 2011 to December 2015 in hospital obstetrics and gynecology for treatment of 20 patients without vaginal study, all the patients were randomly divided into two groups,using traditional laparoscopic vaginoplasty of peritoneum patients in the control group,with modified using laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty surgery patients in the observation group,10 patients in each group,the two groups were compared to the situation perioperative,and postoperative complications of treatment and so on. Results:The operation time and postoperative hospital stay of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the blood loss was significantly less than the control group,postoperative complications than the control group,after long - term quality of life is much better than control group,and the difference was significant,statistically signifi-cant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The treatment with modified laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty obviously,can significantly shorten the operation time and hospital stay time,fewer complications,safety,no significant long - term impact on patients' sex life,be worthy of clinical widely used.
