The application study on the curative effect of improved type SBAR shift mode in Department of general surgery

Abstract：Objective:To analyze and summarize the improved ″Situation - Background - Assessment - Recommendation″(SBAR). Methods:From March 1,2015 to May 31,2015 patients as control group,From June 1,2015 to August 31,2015 pa-tients as the observation group,control group received routine nursing shift mode shift,the observation group accepted into type SBAR nursing shift mode shift. Comparing the two groups over the relevant circumstances. Results:The average shift time of ob-servation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). The shift group satisfaction score and total score were significantly higher than the control group(P < 0. 05). The shift satisfaction rate in observed group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The improved SBAR shift mode can effectively improve the effi-ciency of nursing shift.
