The application study on nursing intervention in spectrum CT coronary angiography

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application of nursing intervention in spectrum CT coronary angiography(CTA),to evalue the valueof nursing instruction for imaging diagnosis. Methods:All 1 020 cases of subjects with energy spectrum CT cor-onary CTA inspection,inspection on client before,check in and check after the nursing intervention. Results:In all,990 pa-tients meet the imaging diagnosis(654 cases with arrhythmia,images appear fault phenomenon,646 cases do not affect the im-age diagnosis and 8 cases did not meet the requirements of image diagnosis). 7cases of patients with heart rate > 75 beats/ min, taking metoprolol had no effect. Due to the emotional tension,9 patients cannot stick to check;6 cases with iodine contrast a-gent vascular extravasation. Patients are successful completion of the inspection,the image is clear. Conclusion:Nursing inter-ventions and nursing instruction of energy spectrum CT coronary scanning is of great importance,to ensure the play of coronary CTA clinical diagnosis effect.
