Clinical effects for the patients with gynecological infections by cefoperazone and sulbactam combine with ornidazole

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effects for the patients with gynecological infections by cefoperazone and sul-bactam combine with ornidazole. Methods:115 cases of patients with gynecological infections were randomly divided into exper-iment group and control group according to the order of hospitalization,the experiment group were treated by cefoperazone and sulbactam combine with ornidazole,the control group were treated by cefoperazone and sulbactam. The clinical effects,efficacy of bacteriology,adverse reactions were analyzed. Results:The total effective rate for the experiment group(98. 25% )were high-er than the control group(85. 96% )(P < 0. 05). There had no difference with the clearance of bacteriology between the two groups(P > 0. 05). There had no serious adverse reaction for the two groups. Conclusion:It has good clinical effects for the pa-tients with gynecological infections by cefoperazone and sulbactam combine with ornidazole,it has high rate of total clearance of most pathogenic bacteria,with no serious adverse reaction.
