Application of lansoprazole combined with argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of Barrett e-sophagus

Abstract：Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of oral lansoprazole combined with argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of Barrett esophagus. Methods:Patients were treated by argon plasma coagulation after treatment with lansoprazole 30mg,once daily,8 weeks. After in the treatment of 3,6,12 months,to observe the effect. Results:The total efficiency in 3,6, 12 months were 66% ,72% ,82% . Conclusion:Argon plasma coagulation combined with oral lansoprazole in the treatment of Barrett′s esophagus effect is good.
