Abstract:Objective:To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion. Methods:From June in 2010 to December in 2014 in hospital,112 cases of ovarian cyst torsion patients as the research object. The selected patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,56 cases in each group, the study group was treated by laparoscopic surgery, and the control group was treated with traditional open surger-y. To compare the difference of operation time, intraoperative bleeding, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time and torsion of patients in two groups. Results:The operation time and pedicle torsion of two groups had no significant difference(P > 0. 05), postoperative bleeding, anal exhaust time and hospital stay were less than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Laparo-scopic treatment of ovarian cyst torsion with less blood loss, less adhesion and faster recovery compared with open surgery, the effect is good.
