Influence on the depression,anxiety,cure compliance for the patients with maintenance haemodialys-is by nursing intervention

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence on the depression,anxiety,cure compliance for the patients with mainte-nance haemodialysis(MHD)by nursing intervention. Methods:All 96 cases of patients with maintenance haemodialysis of end- stage urinemia were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,the control group were cared by routine nurs-ing,on the basis of the control group,the experiment group were treated by holistic nursing. The scores of self - rating anxiety scale(SAS),self - rating depression scale(SDS),treatment adherences,complication were compared. Results:The scores of SAS,SDS for the two group after nursing intervention were lower than before nursing intervention(P < 0. 05). The scores of SAS,SDS for the experiment group after nursing intervention were lower than the control group(P < 0. 05). The treatment ad-herences for the experiment group were higher than the control group(P < 0. 05). The complication for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:It can improve the depression,anxiety,cure compliance for the pa-tients with maintenance haemodialysis by nursing intervention,it can increase the treatment adherences.
