Abstract:Objective:To investigate human Bone Mesenchymnal Stem Cells(hBMSCs)homing to HCC827 human lung adenocarcinoma subcutaneous tumor,to further study the effects of hBMSCs on the growth of tumor. Methods:Animals were di-vided into two groups,BrdU - labeled hBMSCs were injected into the bearing HCC827 lung adenocaecinoma Balb/ C mice via tail vein, and the ccontrol group were given normal saline of the quantity. Obversing the effects of hBMSCs on the growth of xenograft tumor. Immunohistochemical analyses were performed to detect the expression of BrdU. Results:BrdU - labeled hBM-SC can be detected in the stromal of the xenograft tumor and adhesion on tumor vessel walls, but hBMSCs had no significance effects on the volume of subcutaneous sarcoma(P > 0. 05). Conclusion:BrdU - labeled hBMSCs injected through tail vein can migrate to tumor, but had no obvious effects on the growth of tumor.
