Abstract:Objective:The aim of ours study was investigated the difference of clinical and hematological data in the three subtypes of large artery atherosclerosis, cardiac embolism type and small artery occlusion, provided theoretical references for in-dividual precise treatment. Methods:A total of 170 research objects were treated acute ischemic stroke patients in hospital from November 2013 to March 2015,they were divided into artery atherosclerosis, cardioembolism and small artery occlusion accord-ing as trial of Org 10172 in acute stroke treatment(TOAST). Common risk factors were collected, and fasting blood were pro-cessed with white blood cell count, fibrinogen, lipids, blood glucose, homocysteine measurements. Results:The subtype of large artery atherosclerosis was higher plasma fibrinogen level than small artery occlusion. White blood cell count of the large artery atherosclerosis and cardiac embolism types were higher than small artery occlusion. Large artery atherosclerosis and small artery occlusion groups were higher in the proportion of hypertension and smokers, the same observed in the blood pressure levels, and trial fibrillation and coronary heart disease were lower than cardiac embolism types. Conclusion:In the acute ischemic stroke,be-siding the prior history, fibrinogen and white blood cell count level were different in the subtypes of the TOAST classification.
