Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of spiral CT blood vessel builds a shadow clots for the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism. Methods:All 46 impatient with lung arteries was selected by spiral CT blood vessel builds,to an-alyze the image results. Results:In all,contrastographic picture of 43 cases(93. 5% )was clear. Directly advertise for elephant with the lung artery take care of a chamber narrow or jam,afferent branch decrease,present low density Chong inside the affer-ent chamber Ying defection and damage shadow is lord,indirectly advertise for elephant with the chest accumulate liquid and lung Geng dead cooking stove formation,and lung artery high pressure. . . etc. is lord. Conclusion:Adopt spiral CT blood vessel to build shadow to impatient lung artery clots the sufferer carry on diagnosis to according to the sufferer′s concrete circumstance distinguish a clots district and provide science basis for the choice of clinical treatment project and have high diagnosis accura-cy,can effectively avoid leaking to diagnose with misdiagnosis.
