Clinical observation and nursing care of patients with anorectal operation path of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine nursing care of patients with anorectal operation. Methods:All 80 anorectal disease patients cases with surgical treatment were selected from June 2013 to February 2015,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,through the implementation of different nursing methods, to analyze pain scores and nursing satisfaction degree in two groups,to evaluate clinical curative effect of Chinese Medicine nursing pathway on nursing care of patients with anorectal surgery. Results:Through the implementation of the path of tradition-al Chinese medicine,the observation group of patients with postoperative pain were improved,postoperative pain score was sig-nificantly lower than the control group(P < 0. 05),nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97. 5% ,significantly high-er than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The implementation of Chinese medicine nursing path to significantly im-prove the postoperative pain,and increase the patient satisfaction with care,can be as effective in patients with anorectal sur-gery nursing measures,in clinical widely used.
