Effect of exercise therapy combined with recombinant human tumor necrosis factor - α receptor II -antibody fusion protein therapy on ankylosing spondyfitis

Abstract：Objective:To detect the effect of the exercise therapy combined recombinant human tumor necrosis factor - αreceptor II - antibody fusion protein(rhTNFR - Fc)in AS patients. Methods:All 100 cases with ankylosing spondyliti(AS) were included in this study which were divided into early,middle and late three sub groups. Each subgroup was respectively ac-cepted exercise therapy combined rhTNFR - Fc and rhTNFR - Fc therapy. The therapeutic effect between different groups were compared. Results:The ASAS20 improvement rate of the combined treatment group and single drug treatment group were 78. 7% and 55. 9%(P < 0. 05). In the early and middle stage of AS patients,the improvement of ASAS20 and the improvement of ESR and CRP were significantly better than that of single drug treatment group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Exercise therapy com-bined with rhTNFR - Fc in the treatment of AS is superior,and the early and middle stage AS patients take exercise therapy combined with rhTNFR - Fc are more effective.
