Abstract:Objective:To explore the curative effect and prognosis of laparoscopic and open left hepatectomy in patients with hepatic duct stones. Methods:In hospital from January 2014 to December 2015,114 cases of patients with bile duct stones were selected as the research object. After verification and approval by the medical ethics committee in hospital, the patients were randomly divided into two groups,57 cases in each group. In the observation group was treated by the laparoscopic meth-od,while the control group was treated with open left hepatectomy. The curative effect and prognosis of the two groups were ob-served. Results:Patients in the two groups were compared the operation indexes, the results of the observation, the blood loss in group of patients, operative time, hospitalization time and bed time were significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was significant statistical value(P < 0. 05). After treatment, the observation group of the intestinal function recovery time and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was ob-vious statistical value(P < 0. 05). There was no significient difference in calculi clearance rate and recurrence rate of two groups(P > 0. 05). Compared two groups of patients with various biochemical indexes, before operation after operation there was no significant difference(P > 0. 05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic stone removal for patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone has a very significant effect,to avoid open surgery on patients with unnecessary trauma, postoperative recovery fast, good prog-nosis.
