Research on the hysteromyoma by laparoscopic myomectomy and open surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effects for the patients with hysteromyoma by laparoscopic myomectomy and open surgery. Methods:Sixty - four cases with hysteromyoma from March 2012 to November 2015 were divided into experiment group and control group,the control group were treated by open surgery,the experiment group were treated by laparoscopic myomectomy. The operative time,intraoperatve blood soss,postoperative exhaust time,hospital stays,complication were com-pared in the two groups. Results:The operative time for the experiment group were higher than the control group(P < 0. 05). The intraoperatve blood soss,postoperative exhaust time,hospital stays for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P < 0. 05). There had no significant difference on the rate of complication in the two groups(P > 0. 05). Conclusion:It has good clinical effects for the patients with hysteromyoma by laparoscopic myomectomy,with good of intraoperatve blood soss, postoperative exhaust time,hospital stays,with no complication,longer operative time,it needs pay attention on clinical.
